The Investor Relations Specialist provides essential administrative and logistical support to the Investor Relations team, ensuring effective communication and engagement with investors. This role requires IR experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and large-scale events. The Specialist helps build investor confidence and ensures regulatory compliance, contributing to Medline's overall success.
Communicate professionally and promptly with investors, responding to inquiries and building trust.
Coordinate with internal teams (SEC Reporting, FP&A, PR, Legal, Corporate Development) as needed.
Manage scheduling, travel, document distribution, and maintain the IR website.
Maintain investor records, manage CRM software, and prepare reports.
Organize quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials.
Support development and maintenance of investor presentations and materials for shareholder events.
Assist with financial analysis, tracking analyst reports, monitoring market trends, and comparing forecasts.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Provide data and analysis to support IR strategy and decision-making; assist with special projects.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience in IR or administrative support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and IR software platforms (e.g., IR Insights, AlphaSense).
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; intellectually curious.
Knowledge of investor relations principles and regulations.
Effective cross-functional collaboration.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$73,840.00 - $107,120.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
