Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary contact with the investment community, maintaining strong relationships with sell-side analysts and institutional investors;

2. Communicate the company's business model, financial performance, growth strategy, competitive positioning, and market expansion plans in a clear and compelling manner;

3. Proactively engage with major shareholders and attract potential long-term investors aligned with the company's vision;

4. Participate in the development and execution of the company's financing strategy, supporting equity and debt financing activities, coordinating related due diligence and documentation;

5. Provide data-driven insights and capital markets perspectives to senior management and the board, while closely collaborating with finance, strategy, legal, and communications teams.

Qualifications:

5+ years of Wall Street experience (buy-side, sell-side, or investor relations), with solid IR expertise; Strong financial acumen, with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and key SaaS/consumer metrics; Proven track record of building and maintaining trusted relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and senior management; Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and confidently.
