This is a rare opportunity to work side-by-side with senior dealmakers and gain firsthand experience in the world of mergers and acquisitions.

The Role We're looking for a Analyst Intern to join our Denver team. Ideally a junior in college, this role offers a front-row seat to M&A deal execution--from valuation and market research to due diligence and pitch material creation. You'll be supporting real transactions, not just shadowing them.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct financial statement analysis and assist in building valuation models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)

Research industry trends, comparable companies, and buyer landscapes

Help prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs)

Support due diligence efforts across financial, operational, and market areas

Assist with internal performance tracking and KPI reporting

Collaborate with analysts, managers, and partners to keep deals moving forward

Maintain organized data rooms and document management systems

What We're Looking For

0-3 years of experience in, M&A, Private Equity, accounting, or related field

Internships in corporate finance, private equity, investment banking, or FP&A a strong plus

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling a plus

Strong analytical and research skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Clear communication and a team-first mindset

Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
