LCR Management Inc is a loss mitigation management company, focusing on delivering solutions to financial institutions and borrowers on non-performing loans (NPL). We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Real Estate Owned (REO) Asset Management team within the Loan Loss Mitigation department. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing foreclosed properties, understanding the post-foreclosure process, and contributing to strategies that minimize loss exposure while maximizing asset recovery.
Internship Details:
Duration: Semester long (Fall/Spring); Ideally Fall and Spring Semester
Location: Office location, with potential for hybrid flexibility

Schedule: Full time (40 hours/week) or part-time options available
Learning Opportunities:
Post-foreclosure property management and disposition strategies
Real estate market analysis and valuation methodologies
Vendor management and property preservation best practices
Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Servicing, and Finance teams
Understanding of credit risk and asset recovery in financial institutions
Required Qualifications:
Completed at least one year of college before beginning internship
Current BS/BA student
School and /or work experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Must have permanent authorization to work in the U. S
Preferred Qualifications:
BS/BA student with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or other related skills
Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
Previous work experience in finance, business, real estate, or accounting related positions
Strong analytical skills, ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28.0 - 40.0 per week
