Investment Advisor Assistant

Job Summary:

As an Investment Advisor Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our investment advisors in delivering top-notch financial services to our clients. You will assist in managing client accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the financial industry.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Advisor Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Must live in Davis, SL, or Utah county

- Assist investment advisors in managing client portfolios and accounts.

- Prepare and maintain client documentation, including account opening forms, investment policy statements, and performance reports.

- Conduct research on investment products, market trends, and economic conditions to support advisors in making informed decisions.

- Communicate with clients to address inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide updates on account status.

- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and investment proposals.

- Monitor and track client account performance and report findings to advisors.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Maintain and organize client files and records in accordance with best practices.

- Collaborate with other team members to enhance client service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Charles Schwab experience preferred since we custody at Schwab

- Previous experience in a financial services or investment advisory role is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
