Role Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented

Inventory Specialist

to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time, on-site role ensures accurate inventory levels, smooth warehouse operations, and efficient product flow throughout the company.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication matter.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and track physical inventory across multiple product categories Maintain accurate inventory records using QuickBooks and/or ERP systems Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, installation, and service teams to ensure timely product movement Perform regular cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify quantities and restock warehouse inventory Prepare and stage products for outbound orders and assist with order fulfillment Identify inventory discrepancies and communicate issues promptly Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the warehouse and inventory workflow

Qualifications

Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related roles Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software (preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in logistics, supply chain, or business is a plus
