Inventory & Warehouse Specialist - Ephrata shop
Heavenly Roofing Restoration Experts LLC
The role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and track incoming/outgoing materials. Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries for roofing, painting, and gutter projects. Operate forklift safely to load and unload trucks. Keep warehouse and yard areas clean, safe, and organized at all times. Coordinate material orders with project managers and office staff. Conduct routine inventory audits and report shortages or discrepancies. Prepare materials for job sites and ensure efficient workflow for crews. Assist with documentation, labeling, and inventory software updates. All other duties as assigned.
Skills & Educational Requirements:
Reliable transportation - ability to commute as needed. Language proficiency - English required; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or material handling. Forklift experience required (certification preferred). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order management. Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, safe workspace. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
