Job Description

We are seeking an

experienced Inventory Receiving Specialist

for our high-volume vape & smoke wholesale warehouse. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience handling inbound shipments, and understands inventory processes for vape, disposable vapes, pods, glass, and smoke accessories.

Key Responsibilities

Receive inbound shipments from vendors and verify quantities against purchase orders Inspect products for damage, discrepancies, and compliance Label, sort, and organize inventory within the warehouse Update inventory in system (training provided if needed) Communicate shortages, overages, and damages to management Assist warehouse team with stocking, order preparation, and product counts Maintain clean, safe, and organized receiving area Handle vape/smoke product SKUs with accuracy and speed

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse receiving or inventory control required

Knowledge of vape products, SKUs, and packaging (preferred) Ability to lift 40-50 lbs Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills for inventory updates Reliable, punctual, and able to work in fast-paced environment Legal work authorization required Operate pallet jack & warehouse equipment (if experienced)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
