Job Description

Snow Bunny is a fast-growing apres-ski and athleisure lifestyle brand with retail boutiques in Vail and Aspen, a thriving e-commerce presence, and an expanding product line. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented individual to support both our inventory operations and day-to-day executive needs.

This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves fashion and retail, and can balance operational structure with hands-on support.

Position Overview



The Inventory Manager & Personal Assistant will oversee inventory accuracy across retail locations and e-commerce, manage product flow from receiving to sales floor, and assist the founder with scheduling, communication, errands, travel coordination, and general administrative needs.

This role requires exceptional organization, reliability, confidentiality, and the ability to anticipate needs without being asked.

Key Responsibilities for Inventory Management



Receive, inspect, and organize all incoming shipments (clothing, accessories, packaging, displays, etc.) Enter, tag, and barcode products in

Lightspeed Retail

&

Shopify

Manage stock levels and product transfers between stores (Vail ? Aspen) Maintain accurate inventory counts; conduct weekly and monthly cycle counts Prepare inventory for photoshoots, pop-ups, and events Organize back stock, storage, and seasonal product transitions Track low-stock alerts and communicate reorder needs Maintain clean and efficient stockroom systems Drive and deliver Inventory to the store in Aspen and the store in Vail

Personal Assistant Duties



Manage the founder's calendar, appointments, reminders, and travel Coordinate errands, store drops, vendor pickups, post office runs, etc. Assist with photoshoots, content creation, and influencer shipments Light administrative work: emails, receipts, filing, organization Help prepare for store openings, events, giveaways, and product launches Support with hiring, onboarding, and general team coordination Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted right hand in the business

Qualifications



Experience in retail inventory, luxury boutiques, or e-commerce operations preferred Familiarity with

Lightspeed Retail

,

Shopify

, or similar systems is a major plus Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Strong communication and multitasking skills Self-starter who can anticipate needs and solve problems independently Must be reliable, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Ability to lift boxes and manage physical inventory tasks Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Vail and Aspen as needed

Schedule & Compensation

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
