We have an opening for an

Inventory Manager

who will beresponsible for developing, implementing, and managing an inventory management system that integrates with our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role will establish best practices, drive operational efficiency, and ensure accurate control of incoming and outgoing inventory. The Inventory Manager will lead warehouse operations, oversee workflow, and collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of productivity and accuracy.

As the company expands and opens additional warehouse locations, the Inventory Manager will also play a key role in replicating and implementing the inventory management system at new facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain an inventory management system integrated with ERP systems. Plan and manage logistics for incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Oversee and optimize daily workflow and operational processes within the warehouse. Oversee job staging and ensure materials, equipment, and parts are accurately prepared for next-day projects. Collaborate with warehouse personnel to establish, document, and implement standard operating procedures. Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring alignment with company standards. Coordinate with project managers, service teams, and purchasing to ensure materials are available and delivered on time. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across all warehouse activities. Track and report on material usage, shortages, and damaged goods. Support expansion efforts by setting up and standardizing inventory systems at new warehouse locations (travel required; expenses covered by the company). Implementation of a physical count process (cycle counts and annual audit support)
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field Experience in construction, service, or logistics industries. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing inventory in a warehouse environment with direct leadership experience is required. Ability to lift and move materials safely. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems; ERP integration experience required. Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize workflow processes. Leadership skills with experience in training, supervising, and motivating teams. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel to support new warehouse locations as needed.
Work Environment:

Based in warehouse operations with periodic travel for new facility setup. Fast-paced, team-oriented environment requiring adaptability and hands-on leadership.
