About Us:

We are a vibrant and rapidly growing vape and hemp shop located in a heart of Fishtown.

As the Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, receiving inventory, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will utilize your expertise in the vape and hemp industry (or other related experience) to drive sales and create a positive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily store operations related to inventory.

- Utilize Clover and Shopventory systems for transactions, reporting, and inventory tracking.

- Train and manage staff on how to handle inventory.

- Maintain knowledge of products, including THCa, vapes, Kratom, coils, and other related inventory items.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Inventory Management or in a similar role within the vape or hemp industry.

- Strong familiarity with Clover POS system and inventory management software.

- Knowledge of vape products, THCa, coils, and other related items is a plus.

- Excellent organizational skills and experience in scheduling and task management.

- Preferred skills in Shopventory, WordPress, Adobe Illustrator, SEO management tools.
