Savonches is an appointment-only luxury resale boutique based in Miami, specializing in authentic designer handbags, clothing, and accessories. In addition to retail clients, we also handle large-volume wholesale and international online orders, so staying organized and detail-focused is a must.

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented

Inventory Manager

to keep our inventory running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, understands luxury goods, and can handle both individual pieces and high-volume orders with care.

What You'll Be Doing

Receiving, skuing, and organizing incoming luxury items Managing inventory for both boutique and wholesale orders Keeping inventory accurate across our POS and tracking systems Moving items through intake, storage, sales, and shipping Performing regular inventory checks and fixing discrepancies Working closely with the sales, buying, and authentication teams Making sure high-value items are stored, handled, and packed properly Helping prep inventory for appointments, online sales, and wholesale shipments Handling returned goods and merchandise

What We're Looking For

Experience with inventory, retail operations, or resale preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Familiarity with luxury brands is a big plus Comfortable using POS systems, spreadsheets, or inventory software Able to handle a fast-paced environment and large-volume orders Dependable, trustworthy, and respectful of high-value merchandise Team player with good communication skills
