Flexaseal Engineered Seals and Systems, LLC, is a worldwide systems and mechanical seal manufacturer with facilities in Vermont, New York, Washington, Louisiana, Texas and Brazil. After 40 years, Flexaseal is continuing to grow with sales agents and distributors servicing over 50 countries. We are currently seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team!

We are looking for independently driven individual who is detail-oriented and is able to handle an extensive workload. This role has a high demand for accurate data entry, pulling parts, identifying inventory needs through picking/completing inventory counts from a complex inventory system, and notifying/creating requests for inventory orders to the appropriate team members. The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for compiling and maintaining records of quantity, type, and value of materials and supplies within Flexaseal. The Inventory Coordinator is also responsible for reviewing order specifications and accurately picking materials for assembly and sub-assembly orders.

Responsibilities:

Cycle counting Picking and posting inventory to jobs Restocking/Replenishing stock Issuing parts to Manufacturing orders and sales orders Preparing and managing job box system Verifying incoming parts are accurate that come in from shipments prior to submitting them into inventory Perform other Inventory Coordinator duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Experience with inventory management is preferred Ability to type efficiently and navigate computer software Ability to multitask and prioritize Ability to perform moderate lifting of materials (around 25 lbs.), sit, stand, climb and bend on a regular basis
