Inventory Coordinator

Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000
Summary:
The Inventory Coordinator oversees the inventory of products in the F&B commissary at Icy Strait Point in Hoonah, Alaska. The ideal candidate must have efficient organization and communication skills, as most duties include inventorying products from multiple vendors. Food and Beverage receiving deals with time sensitive products which require accurate and proactive control of inventory. Additionally, the Inventory Coordinator will take on different tasks such as record keeping of departments shipments, pushing invoices through the system, and helping the receiving coordinator with, stocking shelves, inspecting product being received for damage and/or spoilage, and keeping the warehouse area clean and tidy. Working side by side with the Food & Beverage and management staff will also be required to maintain adequate stock levels at three restaurants, one large food tour, and several smaller food establishments.
