We're looking for a skilled
Inventory Control & Quality Assurance Manager
to lead our warehouse quality and inventory operations. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.What You'll Do:
Lead a 7-day-a-week Inventory & QA team to ensure 99.5% inventory accuracy and a 97%+ SQF audit score. Develop and implement processes that improve food safety, productivity, and employee retention. Manage cycle counts, product rotation, and reconciliation to maintain optimal stock control. Oversee audits, food safety programs (SQF, HACCP), and continuous improvement initiatives. Build a strong, engaged team culture centered on accountability and growth.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of management/supervisory experience. 3+ years in Quality Assurance and Inventory Control, ideally in the produce or consumer packaged goods industry. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance. Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work in refrigerated environments (-10F to 65F).
