Position overview

Join a leading warehouse operation in Sparks, NV as an Inventory Control Associate! You'll play a key role in keeping our inventory accurate, organized, and ready to move. Working closely with the Onsite Inventory Support Specialist, you'll help track materials, monitor stock levels, and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse. This is a full-time opportunity running through November 25th, with the potential for extension or a temp-to-hire (T2H) opportunity for top performers.


Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | 30-minute unpaid break

Responsibilities

Assist the Onsite Inventory Support Specialist with day-to-day inventory control procedures

Perform regular cycle counts and participate in full physical inventory audits

Track and reconcile inventory transactions between warehouse systems and physical stock

Report discrepancies, damaged items, or missing materials immediately

Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP platforms

Label and organize materials for clear location visibility

Support inbound and outbound material tracking to ensure stock accuracy

Work with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to resolve issues quickly

Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance inventory accuracy and process flow

Requirements

1+ year of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or logistics role preferred

Basic computer proficiency; experience with WMS/ERP software a plus

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
