Overview

As an Inventory Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our inventory is managed efficiently and accurately. You'll be the backbone of our operations, overseeing stock levels, maintaining organization, and supporting the overall flow of goods within the store. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while optimizing our inventory processes.

What you'll do

Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Supervise and train team members on best practices for stocking, merchandising, and inventory management. Collaborate with store management to implement effective pricing strategies that align with branding goals. Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure compliance with schematics and merchandising standards. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries related to product availability and pricing. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the inventory area to promote a safe working environment. Handle cashiering duties as needed, ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

Requirements

Proven experience in supervising teams within a retail or inventory management setting. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in inventory control processes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and customers. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer engagement across diverse communities. Familiarity with retail math concepts to support pricing strategies and sales analysis. Demonstrated leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Time management skills that allow you to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of quality.
