Position Overview
At TCO, our End User Experience Team is at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge IT solutions. We specialize in providing exceptional services in messaging and collaboration through Microsoft 365. Our Engineering team also excels in Endpoint Engineering for PC, Mac, and mobile devices. Additionally, we manage the technology stack for Contact Center as a Service, Unified Communications as a Service, Active Directory, and Identity Management. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in these critical areas and contribute to our innovative projects.
This position is based out of the Whippany, New Jersey office. The pay rate for this role is $25/hr.
Key Accountabilities:

  • Messaging and Collaboration: Intern will be involved in the following but not limited to -

Required Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with operating systems like Windows and macOS.
  • Familiar with Microsoft's suite of products like Outlook and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate on projects.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to provide support and assistance to users in a professional manner.
  • Skills in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
