Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the internet sales department, ensuring a smooth and effective operation. Lead a team in handling internet leads efficiently, converting inquiries into sales opportunities. Demonstrate a deep understanding of Eleads and CDK systems to maximize lead generation and management. Develop and implement effective internet lead handling processes to achieve high closing rates. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling online offers and promotions. Monitor and report on online sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Provide exceptional customer service, representing the GMC brand with professionalism and excellence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Internet Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry. Luxury experience preferred Strong proficiency with Eleads and CDK systems, with a demonstrated track record of effectively managing online sales leads. A history of high closing rates and successful internet lead handling processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Passion for the automotive industry and in-depth knowledge of GMC products and services.
