What You'll Do

Respond quickly and professionally to all online leads via phone, text, and email Set and confirm appointments for in-store visits Assist customers with vehicle information, pricing, availability, and purchase options Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the buying process Follow up with unsold leads and past customers Update CRM notes with accuracy and detail Work closely with management to maximize closing ratios and monthly performance

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and follow-up skills Professional, positive, and customer-first attitude Ability to learn product knowledge quickly Self-motivated with the ability to manage a high lead volume CRM experience preferred (VinSolutions a plus) Automotive experience NOT required--we can train the right person Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
