A dynamic person who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and helping our stores connect with customers across the region.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to earn up to $85,000 per year while developing valuable sales, communication, and data insights skills across multiple dealerships in our group.

Responsibilities

Data Mining and Customer Reconnection Management

Dive deep into our CRM and data-mining tools to

revive lost or inactive customers

(9+ months without contact). Rebuild relationships and schedule appointments based on customer interest and feedback

Earn bonuses for appointments

Build targeted customer lists each month aligned with dealership promotions and priorities Follow up with customers who have received email or text campaigns
Manage Multi-Store Coverage

Stop in to support any Antonino Auto Group store during vacations, absences or transitions Manage leads, phone calls, and email inquiries as part of the local BDC team Execute core BDC responsibilities when stationed at a store for multiple days (under supervisor direction)
Who You Are

Detail-oriented and organized, with strong communication skills Comfortable with CRM systems and data-driven environments Prior automotive BDC or customer service experience preferred, but
