COMPENSATION:

In Denver, the salary range for this role is $75,000/year to $95,000/year. This role is eligible for a yearly 10% bonus. Pursuit offers a full suite of benefits, including discounts at our hotels, restaurants, and attractions, flexible time off, and a 401k contribution matching plan.


THE ROLE



At Pursuit, we connect guests and staff with the world's most iconic places. A cornerstone of our summer operations is our diverse seasonal workforce, including hundreds of international team members from around the world. We are seeking a Manager, International Employment Programs to lead the end-to-end strategy, operations, and lifecycle support of our international workforce programs across the U.S. and Canada.




This role acts as the key point of contact and is responsible for overseeing multiple international recruitment streams to support seasonal and long-term workforce needs for the US and Canada, including the J-1 and H-2B visa programs in the United States, while also preparing for the introduction of additional international pathways as needed. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner and a hands-on executor, working closely with global agencies, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless international hiring experience that supports our operational success.


RESPONSIBILITIES



Program Strategy & Development


Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Pursuit's international hiring efforts across all North American properties. Identify emerging global hiring trends, legal changes, and visa pathways that align with Pursuit's workforce needs. Lead advocacy efforts to strengthen and protect access to international talent programs, in partnership with industry groups and legal advisors. Agency & Partner Management


Serve as the primary liaison with sponsors, legal teams and government agencies as needed. Manage performance, contracts, and compliance of all international staffing vendors and partners. Ensure timely communication and coordination of hiring events and application processes. Recruitment & Onboarding


Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for international hires including screening, interviewing (virtually and in-person globally), and candidate selection . Partner with hiring managers and site leaders to forecast hiring needs and align on recruitment timelines. Support visa petition submissions and work authorization processes across U.S. and Canadian programs. Collaborate with onboarding and housing teams to deliver a welcoming and compliant arrival experience. Oversee budgeting for government and agency fees, transportation, and employer-paid costs. Operational & People Partnership


Act as a key connector between international hires and site operations, helping to resolve issues and support overall success. Advise on retention, engagement, and cultural adaptation efforts for international team members. Maintain accurate tracking and documentation for visa compliance, arrival/departure logistics , and seasonal performance. Collaborate with leaders on strategy, arrivals, offboarding, and ongoing employee support.

QUALIFICATIONS



5+ years of experience in international hiring, seasonal workforce planning, or global talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of international recruitment pathways and employer-supported work authorization processes in Canada and the United States, including the requirements, timelines, and compliance expectations associated with them. Experience working with third-party agencies, legal counsel, and government programs. Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and stakeholders across multiple locations. Excellent communication skills and comfort working across diverse cultures and time zones. Willingness to travel internationally and domestically for recruitment events and site visits (10-20%).
