The Internal Sales Representative is responsible for managing and nurturing Quatro's existing house accounts while proactively growing revenue through new customer acquisition. This role combines relationship building, sales administration, and high-energy prospecting to expand Quatro's presence across the U.S. gymnastics and cheer markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
House Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned house accounts.
Maintain regular communication to strengthen relationships and ensure retention.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across teamwear, training wear, and accessories.
Prepare quotes, manage orders, and track account performance.
Ensure accurate CRM updates and account notes.
New Business Development
Proactively research and identify prospective clubs, gyms, pro-shops, and programs.
Build a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into new customers.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual presentations to introduce Quatro products.
Prepare tailored proposals, pricing, and product recommendations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly new business sales targets.
Sales Operations & Support
Work closely with design, production, and operations teams to support customer needs.
Coordinate samples, lookbooks, and marketing materials for prospects.
Assist in event follow-ups and post-show lead conversion.
Maintain all records, quotes, and activities in the CRM.
Customer Experience Excellence
Provide responsive, professional service to new and existing accounts.
Support customers with product information, timelines, and order processes.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every new account.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCERequired
1-3+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Highly motivated self-starter with a growth mindset.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and a busy pipeline.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems and email outreach tools.
Preferred
Experience in sports apparel, cheer, dance, or gymnastics.
Background working with remote or international teams.
Knowledge of Shopify, wholesale portals, or B2B tools.
COMPENSATION & REWARD STRUCTURE
Competitive base salary (DOE)
$10,000 bonus on earning target
