THE ROLE
Shape the Future of HR in the Netherlands and Benelux
We are seeking a seasoned Payroll & HR professional to lead and elevate our operational capabilities in the Netherlands and across the Benelux region. This strategic role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the deployment of our STRADA model and to play a pivotal part in our regional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the monthly Payroll for all our colleagues based in the Netherlands.
Lead the implementation of Strada Pay in the Netherlands, ensuring alignment with our Managed People Services (MPS) framework.
Manage the HR Center for the region, overseeing contract validation and data integrity in Workday prior to publication.
Ensure operational continuity , acting as the primary point of contact for employee-related matters and local HR processes.
Support regional expansion , contributing to the development of HR capabilities across the Netherlands and Benelux.
Your Profile
Demonstrated expertise in Dutch payroll and HR operations , with a strong understanding of local compliance and labor regulations.
Proven ability to manage complex HR processes independently , with a high level of accountability.
A solution-oriented mindset , with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Comfortable operating in a corporate, matrixed environment , with strong stakeholder management skills.
