What You'll Do

Over your 10-week paid internship, the Internal Media Intern will help execute long-form podcast episodes for internal coworkers to consume. The podcast features leaders throughout the bank and highlights their passion for the mission. This intern would handle all aspects of the content creation process including research on guests, scheduling, providing questions for the host, set up and take down of equipment, editing footage/audio, and marketing. An intern that is a good fit would have a creative and strategic mindset, have an interest in internal corporate communications, and be comfortable delivering projects that speak to company culture.


This role is hybrid; interns will come into their designated office at least 3 days a week.


Interns work approximately 40 hours per week.

Bachelor's Student: $21.75/hour Master's Student: $25.85/hour Summer Living Stipend: $3,500

Education:
Currently enrolled in and working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration & Management, Agribusiness, Ag Economics, or a related discipline and in good academic standing While rising seniors will be given priority, we will consider rising juniors

Work Experience:
Experience with video/audio editing software (including Final Cut Pro and Logic X) Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About CoBank:

The typical base pay range for this role is between $21.75 - $25.85. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
