Intereal Event Specialist

to join our team! This role is key to delivering exceptional service for our external events, ensuring that every detail is handled with care and precision.


Typical hours will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.. In the case of evening events, schedule will be adapted for a later start and end time. Uncommon to be on-site beyond 8pm

Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination

: Oversee external events from planning through execution, ensuring all logistics are in place.

Customer & Vendor Relations

: Serve as the main point of contact for customers and external vendors, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth operations.

Site Visits & Logistics

: Assist with site visits and tour logistics, ensuring the venue is ready for events and all details are thoroughly coordinated.

On-Site Event Support

: Provide on-site assistance for events, from setup to tear-down, ensuring flawless execution.

Audio/Visual Support

: Assist with AV setup and basic troubleshooting to ensure technical aspects run smoothly during events.

Administrative Tasks

: Handle event documentation, manage tracking systems (dietary restrictions, inventory, etc.), and ensure the team is informed of all event details.

Qualifications:

Experience

: 1-3 years in food, beverage, and hospitality service industry, with a preference for supervisory experience.

Skills

: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience with event coordination, Microsoft Office Suite, and AV setup is a plus.

Physical Requirements

: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as required for events.

Work Schedule

: While most shifts are Monday through Friday, flexibility to work evenings and weekends for special events is required.
