As a real estate licensed agent working inside of the company, you will be responsible for assisting buyers in the purchase of a new home, from showings all the way through to closing as well as for prospecting new listings.

Compensation:

$101,974 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

This Is What You'll Do...

Acquiring customers through leads, calls, and prospecting. Prospect for new clients and leads. Schedule and hold open houses. Collaborating with office staff to maintain a high level of customer service for clients and potential clients. Conduct buyer and seller consultations. Assist buyers in all aspects of the home-buying process. Assisting sellers through all aspects of the home selling process. Schedule and show properties to buyers. Write and negotiate contracts. Working closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home. Working closely with sellers to list, market, and negotiate the successful sale of their home.
