Overview:

As an FP&A Intern, you'll get a hands-on look at how financial analysis shapes real business decisions in a fast-paced retail environment. This experience combines meaningful daily work with a capstone project designed to showcase your skills and make an impact.
Essential Functions:
Lead an

8-10 week project

focused on a key business question--like improving store performance, analyzing sales trends, or refining a financial model. Work alongside analysts and managers to build financial forecasts, produce analyses, and summarize performance results. Help create and enhance dashboards and reports using tools such as

Excel

and

Power BI

. Support preparation of financial materials shared with Sprouts' senior leadership team. Dive into ad hoc projects that connect you with teams across the company--merchandising, operations, and more. Participate in internship learning sessions, networking opportunities, and professional development events.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements:
Currently enrolled in sophomore or junior year and pursuing a

bachelor's degree

in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related major. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with

Excel

; experience with tools like

Power BI

is a plus. Eager to learn, organized, and ready to contribute in a team setting. Interest in retail, grocery, or consumer goods industries.
