Job Description

Overview:

Our 10-week IT Project Analyst Internship offers students a chance to gain hands-on experience supporting technology initiatives that keep our grocery business running efficiently--from store systems and supply chain tools to digital shopping and data analytics. Interns will collaborate with experienced IT professionals to help deliver projects that improve the customer and associate experience across our stores and online platforms.


Essential Functions:
Support IT project managers in planning and coordinating technology projects across store operations, supply chain, and corporate systems. Assist in documenting project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Gather and analyze data to evaluate system performance and identify improvement opportunities. Help test and validate technology solutions, such as point-of-sale systems, inventory management tools, or customer applications. Participate in project meetings, track action items, and prepare progress reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and IT Support. Contribute to project communications and training materials for end users.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements:
Currently enrolled in sophomore or junior year and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) a plus. Interest in retail technology, process improvement, and project coordination. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
