Rally House is seeking a motivated Intern to join our team this Summer 2026! The Operations Intern will collaborate with our corporate procurement team in all areas of operations support. This position gains hands on experience in retail operations, development of new store procedures, purchase order management, market research and reporting, as well as an opportunity to foster confidence and relationships with both management and other team members.

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve NetSuite support cases for existing stores Ensure timely processing of fixture and equipment support cases for existing stores Improve accuracy and efficiency in NetSuite data management while preparing reports that summarize findings and provide recommendations for procurement Input data for existing and new store openings into internal databases Create process binders outlining new store opening procedures Update binders as needed and according to changing processes Other duties as assigned

Skills and Knowledge

Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Qualifications

Must be willing to work part-time in a Rally House store prior to starting the internship; currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and/or recent graduate with or pursuing a relevant degree; available to work standard hours M-F at corporate office location in Lenexa, KS; demonstrated desire to build a long-term career with Rally House.


Physical Requirements: Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment; able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen; occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds.
