Job Purpose

This position will support our IT Field Services team as a Summer Intern from May 2026 - August 2026 and will be based in Nashville TN. This is a paid, full-time internship.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

Provide direct user support, Hardware imaging, and application troubleshooting Hardware Refresh/recycle, Mobile device, and Digital Signage support Learn about IT support platforms in a corporate environment Provide excellent customer service Use ITIL platforms to quality and quantity of work Connect and grow your skills in a dynamic, engaging environment Work alongside and be coached by members of your team Engage with leaders across the company

What do I need to be successful?

Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, and imaging experience a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Strong organizational skills Interpersonal and communication skills Time management skills

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems Must have an expected graduation date of August 2026 or later Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Work Environment

This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule Must live within a commutable distance to Nashville or willing to relocate to the greater Nashville area
