THE OPPORTUNITY:
Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with work. The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business.
The Sephora internship program is also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP, the cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job training in each of three Business Units-Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising, over the course of nine months. LEAP prepares successfully performing trainees for a full-time, entry-level role in one of the three Business Units. Interns are invited to apply to LEAP at the beginning of the summer internship.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
An inclusive and engaging experience that develops technical and professional skills through weekly virtual workshops, networking opportunities, and career panels that provide exposure to Sephora's career growth opportunities.

June 1 - August 14, 2026
Working hours: 36hrs/week. Monday - Friday, PST
June 15 - 19, 2026: On-Site Week in San Francisco at headquarters office
June 29 - July 3, 2026: Week off for Summer Shutdown
POSITION TITLE: Intern, Brand Marketing- Hair
Your role at Sephora...
As the Marketing Intern you will support a Manager in the day-to-day management of Hair brands and completion of a single intern project to support the team and your own development.
Responsibilities include:
Support Marketing Manager in execution and follow-through of all marketing and sampling plans for 10-15 brands simultaneously
Proactive, timely and clear communication
with our brand and cross-functional partners (deliverables, scheduling, etc.)
Project management
of brand calendars, sampling placemats, social activation, co-op related tasks
Successful results will consist of
timely management
of brand facing materials, coordination of calendars, co-op letters and financial deductions
Coordination
of social content and calendaring of brand exposure
Ability to
coordinate with cross-functional partners
to deliver seamless integration of brand exposure across social, sampling and paid media initiatives
Management of brand communication
related to asset needs
Confident in managing multiple programs and workstreams while remaining organized
- managing and executing Hair Team activity across ~40 brands on a marketing tool, including correct brand search and tagging on internal server, report and recap uploads, contact hygiene and creative and annual reviews, and cross-functional internal outreach for asset management and uploads
Working with Manager to
identify, structure, and complete a single Internship project
to support the team and your own development.

Must be proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - required to know how to use these tools without training in order to begin job

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Graduating in 2026 or 2027 (undergraduate or graduate degree)
Remote program - work schedule must align with Pacific Standard Time
Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions Available from June 1 - August 14, 2026
Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA
The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 per hour.
