Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Interiors Superintendent to oversee corporate office, hospitality, and commercial interiors projects in Miami. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile builds with a focus on precision, quality, and aggressive timelines.
- Oversee all field operations for commercial interiors projects from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and maintain project schedules
- Ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
- Conduct daily site inspections and coordinate with project managers and stakeholders
- Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track
Take charge of high-end commercial interiors projects in South FloridaWork with an employee-owned GC known for quality finishes & fast-track schedules
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial interiors construction
- Proven track record managing corporate office or hospitality interiors projects
- Strong knowledge of high-end finishes and fast-track scheduling
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain strict safety standards
- Competitive salary ranging from USD 80.000 to USD 120.000 annually.
