  • Manage and coordinate all interior construction activities on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain schedules and resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate documentation of progress.
  • Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior construction supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and installation processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
