Job Summary

As an Interior Designer, you will unleash your creativity and expertise to transform spaces into stunning environments that reflect the unique needs and desires of our clients. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to develop innovative design concepts while managing projects from inception to completion. Your keen eye for detail and passion for design will ensure that every project is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and within budget.

What you'll do

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for interior spaces Create detailed design plans using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit Develop 3D renderings and visual presentations using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery Conduct site visits to assess conditions and oversee construction or renovation activities Prepare specifications for materials, finishes, and furnishings while adhering to color theory principles Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide cutting-edge design solutions

Basic qualifications

Proficiency in interior design software including SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of drafting techniques and CAD applications in interior design Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred qualifications

Experience in lighting design and sales as well as knowledge of construction processes Familiarity with contracts related to interior design projects Background in budgeting for design projects along with renovation or remodeling experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,316.48 per year
