Our Sales Team Members Must:

Be Passionate about Interior Design Execute our in-home design process per company guidelines. Be tech-savvy. Enjoy interacting with clients, seasoned at developing long lasting relationships with our clientele. Must be skilled in selling with an ability to close a sale. Develop and utilize sales skills and principles including approach, rapport building, customized portfolio presentations, answering objections, closing, follow-up, after sale service and continuing contact with all previous and potential customers. Be comfortable navigating a fast-paced showroom. Experience in High End Luxury Materials and Products. Able to manage time and priorities. Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills, ability to work with a team in a collaborative manner. Ability to meet goals, motivated to achieve more. Must be able to work weekends.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
