POSITION OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement and purchasing for interior design projects, including furniture, lighting, materials, and finishes Place and track purchase orders; monitor lead times, shipping, and deliveries Coordinate with vendors, workrooms, manufacturers, and freight carriers Maintain accurate records for orders, invoices, and project budgets Support project managers and designers with scheduling and operational tasks Communicate order status updates internally and with clients as needed Assist with inventory tracking and vendor pricing updates Help refine and maintain internal operational systems and workflows Retail hospitality
Qualifications

2+ years experience in operations, procurement, purchasing, or project coordination (interior design, construction, or retail preferred)

Education:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in

Business, Operations, Interior Design, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related field

preferred but not required*
Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience working with vendors, purchase orders, and invoicing Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with project management or purchasing software a plus Exceptional data entry skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at once Interest in interior design, furnishings, and materials In Person ONLY Ludlow VT
