We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Interior Designer to join our creative team! Responsibilities



Develop comprehensive interior design concepts that align with client goals, budget, and project scope. Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D renderings using software such as SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, and 3ds Max. Prepare accurate construction documents and specifications utilizing Bluebeam, CAD, and Adobe Creative Suite tools. Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories based on color theory principles and current design trends. Manage multiple projects simultaneously by coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources effectively through strong project management skills. Collaborate with contractors during renovation or remodeling phases to ensure designs are executed as intended. Conduct site visits to oversee installation processes, monitor progress, and resolve any on-site challenges promptly. Prepare and review contracts related to interior design services, procurement, and construction work. Assist in lighting sales consultations by providing expert lighting design solutions that enhance ambiance and functionality. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout all project phases. Stay updated on industry standards, new materials, innovative technologies, and sustainable practices to bring fresh ideas into each project.

Experience



Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial projects. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D (3ds Max), Adobe Photoshop & Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), Bluebeam for drafting and visualization tasks. Solid understanding of drafting techniques, color theory principles, construction processes, renovation procedures, and remodeling strategies. Familiarity with project management methodologies including budgeting, scheduling, procurement processes, and contract administration. Knowledge of lighting design principles coupled with experience in lighting sales or specifications is highly desirable. Ability to interpret client needs into innovative design solutions while managing multiple deadlines effectively.
