Job Description

Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.


This role is responsible for managing the flow of materials, pallets, and finished products between the offsite location and the main distribution center. The Interim Lead will ensure accurate documentation, compliance with safety protocols, and occasional supervision of warehouse associates.


Key Responsibilities:


Oversee daily operations of the offsite warehouse facility, ensuring efficient and safe handling of goods.


Lead and support warehouse associates as needed, providing direction and ensuring adherence to company standards.


Review and maintain accurate records of material transfers, pallet movements, and finished product shipments.


Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy against documentation.


Ensure all inventory is properly tracked and reconciled with system records.


Maintain compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.


Communicate effectively with the main distribution center to coordinate logistics and resolve discrepancies.


Identify and report any operational issues or safety concerns promptly.


Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of accountability and excellence.


Qualifications:


Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution required.


Leadership experience preferred, especially in a warehouse or industrial setting.


Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.


Familiarity with inventory management systems and documentation practices.


Commitment to safety and compliance.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Working Conditions:


This role is based at an offsite warehouse facility and may involve physical activity including lifting, standing, and walking.


Occasional travel to the main distribution center may be required.


Flexible schedule depending on operational needs.

Hiring Range

$16.56 USD - $20.70 USD per hour

Incentive Potential

: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
