We are a staffing agency that is a subsidiary of Guardian Healthcare with long term care facilities across Pennsylvania. The Staffing Agency sends our employees into different Guardian and Non-Guardian buildings to support the facility staff members during times of turnover or recruitment.

Today, Guardian provides care in skilled nursing, personal care, and independent living unit settings. Guardian also operates ancillary divisions to provide pharmacy and rehabilitation services. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATOR

• Active NHA license in PA
• 3- 5 years previous experience as NHA
