We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contracted Interim Executive Director to lead our organization through a formation period. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with proven leadership capabilities to oversee operations, drive organizational growth, and ensure the achievement of key objectives as set by the Board. This is a 1099 role in which the contractor controls the work methods, schedules, and execution of deliverables. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster collaboration across disciplines. Strategic leadership and mission guidance
Program quality oversight
Operations and facility compliance monitoring
Financial oversight and reporting
Administrative coordination of staff/contractors
Community partnership development
Funding opportunity identification, writing and securing funding
Reporting to Board of Directors
Qualifications
Required:
Local Valley County resident
Leadership experience in behavioral health or nonprofit management
Knowledge of residential treatment regulations
Strong communication, leadership, and budgeting skills
Demonstrated consistent ability to secure funding through grants
Preferred:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (optional)
Experience in women's treatment and trauma?informed care
Fundraising experience
Contract Terms:
Independent Contractor (1099)
Contractor sets schedule and work methods
No employee benefits
Contractor responsible for taxes and insurance
Compensation: $35/hr+, based on experience (not to exceed $12,000)
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1.0 - 10.0 per week
