Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying changes in condition Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Provide patient and family education on conditions, treatments, and procedures Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or a multistate license valid in Iowa Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred Strong critical thinking and communication skills
