Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Agency Nurse (Health Services Consultant) to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.



The Health Services Consultant provides leadership and guidance to program support teams, contracted providers, and individuals to ensure quality care. This position works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team and outside organizations (community providers of health services and external stakeholders) to address medical needs and implement, monitor, and coordinate healthcare services for adults with intellectual disabilities while adhering to Keystone's mission and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements:


Valid PA Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Three years of work experience in the medical field, preferably in working with individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to be able to read, interpret and apply written information Proficient computer skills, including the use of software and web-based systems Valid driver's license and access to properly insured vehicle Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
