Job Description
Integrated Health Specialist
- This position is responsible for coordinating the care of mental health patients found to have a severe mental illness. Position entails documenting services provided, ensuring service compliance with required guidelines, assisting patients in coordinating their care, as well as assisting patients in achieving treatment goals.A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in the human services field is required.
Hourly position: Starting wage is $24.04 hour.
