2+ years in homecare or healthcare (client-focused) Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends This is an in-person role involving home visits -- not remote. Must be willing to travel within assigned coverage area. Must be in the state of PA
What You'll Do:
Conduct quality assurance visits to clients' homes to assess the quality of care being provided and ensure compliance with agency standards. Conduct initial intakes and conduct home assessment with the client and their families. Perform quality assurance and supervisory visits Document and report findings from quality assurance and supervisory visits.
