We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented Customer Service / Intake Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding while addressing their needs.

Rental Coordination:

Arrange rental vehicles for clients, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.

Claims Management:

Confirm liability with insurance carriers and gather all necessary client information for claims processing.

Collaboration:

Work closely with law firms, insurance agents, and referral sources to streamline communication and information sharing.

Workspace Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Client Experience:

Represent the company with a cheerful demeanor, ensuring every client interaction leaves a positive impression.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. Compassionate and patient demeanor, especially in high-pressure situations. Prior experience in customer service, intake, or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with insurance claims processes is preferred but not required. A team player with a fun, outgoing personality to enhance the workplace atmosphere.
