ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Looking for an experienced individual who can guide and schedule potential clientele seeking legal representation for a bodily injury claim. The successful candidate should develop and maintain a working knowledge of all services and resources provided by the Company, while presenting a positive & compassionate attitude with exceptional customer service.
Handle high volume of daily calls and scheduling consultations in a timely manner, utilizing Outlook calendar
Willing to work with staff to assure the best client service is practiced, with follow-through and attention to detail when entering information into Company's program
Organized, able to multi-task, orients potential clients through the intake process
Extensive written and verbal communication
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma; Minimum 1 Yr. Personal Injury Law Firm experience
PREFERRED SKILLS
Bilingual recommend; Microsoft Office Programs; Customer Service; Detail Oriented; Scheduling Abilities; Organizational Skills
