Job Description

Milestone Therapy is a pediatric therapy company that provides Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy throughout NC. We are looking to hire an additional Intake Coordinator to support our Intake department. This hire will be responsible for processing new referral paperwork, communicating directly with families regarding our therapy services and the cost given their individual insurance benefits, and assisting the department as needed. We are looking for someone with a very strong work ethic, professionalism, team player that can also work independently, high organized and a great multi-tasker. The ideal candidate will have worked within a medical office for at least one year and have a complete understanding on how medical insurance benefits work. Spanish speaking would be very beneficial in this position as well.

This is a remote position, but you must be able to attend in-person training in Waxhaw for the first 2-3 weeks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
