Master the details: Accurately enter and manage patient data, ensuring every referral, admission document, physician order, and CTI is complete, signed, dated, and uploaded flawlessly into the HCHB system. Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor DME orders, medical supplies, physician signatures, and level-of-care billing accuracy with eagle-eyed precision. Keep everything organized: Systematically upload and categorize documents in patient charts so nothing is ever missed. Be the communication hub: Handle incoming calls with warmth and efficiency, route messages accurately, and keep the entire team connected. Support the big picture: Prepare IDT agendas, update plans of care, mail/fax UPOCs, and create organized facility binders?because every detail matters. Drive compliance & quality: Generate reports, track decertifications, and ensure regulatory standards are met every single time.
