Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional

Intake Coordinator

to serve as the first point of contact for families navigating senior-living options. This is a

part-time 1099 contractor role (10-15 hours/week)

with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as our company expands.

No hands-on patient care is performed, but

healthcare experience is strongly preferred

due to the sensitivity of the conversations.

What You'll Do

Family Intake & Support

Conduct warm, structured intake calls to gather key information on medical needs, care level, family dynamics, preferences, and financial factors. Create a supportive, reassuring experience for families at the start of their placement journey. Ask clinically informed questions to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Case Coordination

Enter intake details into our CRM with complete, organized, and accurate documentation. Prepare family profiles for the Placement Team to begin building recommendations. Provide follow-up communication when needed to close any missing information.

Communication & Workflow

Manage inbound inquiries (calls, texts, and online submissions). Schedule consultations, tours, and warm hand-offs with our Field & Placement Coordinator. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion in every interaction.

What We're Looking For

Healthcare experience strongly preferred

(RN, CNA, MA, caregiver, EMT, medical receptionist, or similar). Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with sensitivity and clarity. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Able to use CRM systems, email, and phone/text efficiently.

Reliable smartphone, computer, and internet access required.

Warm, calm, patient, and comfortable in emotional conversations.

Compensation

$20-$35 per completed intake
